These figures were commissioned by Daniel Neill‘s group at University of Liverpool for a review on antimicrobial resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, published in Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology. I’m always trying to keep an eye on different visualisation software in development, and this was created using 3D renders from Protein Imager.
